Once again Carbone’s Ristorante participated in Camp Courant’s Buddy Bash. This annual fund raiser helps to provide a six week summer day camp experience to more than 1000 at-risk Hartford children. Pictured above is Carbone’s Pastry Chef, Angelo Famiglietti, as he prepares to serve approximately 200 attendees.

On June 4th, Carbone’s was one of 10 restaurants invited to attend the 1st Annual Wild at Heart Social. The event was co-sponsored by the American Heart Association and Hoffman Audi of East Hartford. The theme was to raise awareness to the importance of  a healthy diet and exercise to prevent heart disease. This gave Carbone’s the opportunity to introduce its New Mediterranean Menu – a healthy, alternative menu created by Carbone’s in conjunction with Dr. Guy Carbone and Dietician Lucia Lobraico.
