Our ‘Restaurant Proper’ features four private dining rooms which can accommodate up to 75 seated guests or 150 for an elegant stationary reception. Our private rooms offer you the maximum of privacy with attentive service and superb cuisine. Carbone’s is the perfect setting for corporate entertaining, birthday celebrations, anniversary celebrations, prenuptial dinners, bridal showers or an intimate wedding reception.
Our off-premise site catering team excels in entertaining events of all sizes including grand scale weddings, complex corporate events or festive family celebrations. As with any Carbone’s experience, culinary creativity and artistry is our passion.
In addition to providing you with the finest in cuisine and professional service, our special event team will tailor your menu, arrange for specialty linens, and can coordinate exquisite floral centerpieces, impressive ice carvings, magnificent cakes, limousine service; anything to enhance your unique event.

Wine Dinners. An opportunity to go with the flow, in a manner of speaking — fine wines perfectly paired with fabulous selections from our head chef. Twice a year.
Cigar Parties. Sinful, but so much fun. Once a year in June. Outdoors, in a tent under the stars.
Valentine’s Day. Why not spend the most romantic day of the year at the most romantic restaurant in town? But please, make your reservations far in advance. Love may last forever, but Valentine’s Day reservations go quickly.
New Year’s Eve. Make a resolution to bring in the New Year in style. Please make your reservations far in advance. Why not book a room downtown and enjoy Hartford to the fullest!
