Dinner

At Carbone’s, dinner is the feature attraction, the big show, the main event. It’s where all our culinary skills and preparatory panache and hospitality come together. You’ll find, of course, the time-honored Italian dishes — Calamari Fritta, Fettucini Carbonara, Vitello Cuscinetto — cooked to perfection.

And you’ll find more distinctive dishes and dishes you’ll find only at Carbone’s, including;

• Bruchetta Ala Carbone (prosicutto di parma with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, buffalo mozzerella and imported olive oil.)

• Gamberetti e Capesante all’Arancia (sautéed shrimp and sea scallops in a Grand Marnier-laced cream sauce),


• Intercosta de Bue Alla Griglia (New York sirloin, fried onions and Carbone’s famous gorgonzola sauce).
