Lunch

Carbone’s is the perfect place for a business lunch, a long lunch or even a quick in-and-out lunch.

Our menu is not only light and healthy, it doesn’t leave you unsatisfied. You can choose from a variety of appetizers and salads, try one of our delicious wraps, or decide on a classic pasta dish such as Linguine con Vongole or Gnocchi with Vodka Sauce. And if you can stay a while longer, maybe an entree like a Salmon Capperi or a Veal Saltimbocco with a taste that truly jumps from the mouth. At Carbone’s, we’re always adding new items to the menu and are happy to accommodate any dietary need- just ask if there’s something special you don’t see or if there is anything we can do to better suit you.
