On June 4th, Carbone’s was one of 10 restaurants invited to attend the 1st Annual Wild at Heart Social. The event was co-sponsored by the American Heart Association and Hoffman Audi of East Hartford. The theme was to raise awareness to the importance of  a healthy diet and exercise to prevent heart disease. This gave Carbone’s the opportunity to introduce its New Mediterranean Menu – a healthy, alternative menu created by Carbone’s in conjunction with Dr. Guy Carbone and Dietician Lucia Lobraico.
