Sandro Zarcone grew up in the restaurant business. He came to the United States from Palermo, Sicily when he was 13 years old and has been working in the restaurant industry all of his life. From Terrazzo Italia to Ella’s Pizzeria, a small family run business, he now brings his passion and  creativity for Italian cuisine to Carbone’s Ristorante in Hartford. Buon Cibo, Buona Compagnia.
